Our Booking Policy
- Cancellation policy : we must be advised of any cancellation 24 hours before arrival time, otherwise the total amount of your first night will be retained.
- Reservation policy : you are expected to arrive any time after 3 pm. Your departure is expected to be done before 10 am. Payment methods are accepted at your arrival by credit or debit card, in cash. You will be ask a valid credit card to make the reservation and an ID upon arrival.
- Cancellation policy for groups : an amount of the price of the stay will be retained at the time of booking and is non-refundable. In case of no show, modification or cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date, the total amount of your first night will be charged.
